Work With FMB
The World According to FMB
Creative Director. Strategist. Storyteller. Founder.
I connect strategy, story, image, and public perception so the work is not only seen. It is understood, trusted, and remembered.

FMB
Identity in layers
Each discipline changes the way Francine reads a problem. Together they create one practice built around clarity, meaning, public understanding, reputation, and long-term value.

Origin
Francine’s work is shaped by Masinloc, Zambales, by Filipino and Sambal identity, by the communities she has encountered, and by the stories she believes should not disappear.
Place is not background decoration. It influences the questions she asks about memory, identity, visibility, culture, belonging, and who gets to be understood.
A life in frames
The portfolio now uses real photographs from different chapters of Francine’s life so visitors do not meet the same polished portrait again and again. Learning, pageantry, and professional presence each carry a different kind of authority.
A chapter grounded in education, service, people, and the discipline of becoming.
Standing where image, scrutiny, confidence, performance, and public perception meet.
A quieter kind of confidence: direct, composed, and ready to lead the conversation.

This Is Francine
An excerpt from the personal poem created for the About FMB story. It is kept intentionally short here so the page can breathe.
I started as a little boy,
with a girl somewhere within.
I didn’t know what life would bring,
or where I should begin.
That little girl grew up.
And this is Francine.
Becoming
The path is best understood in layers. Learning, teaching, public presence, creative work, entrepreneurship, and leadership now meet in the way Francine thinks and builds.
Her Tourism Management education created an early foundation in human experience, organization, place, communication, and service.
Work as an instructor and trainer strengthened her ability to turn difficult information into something people can understand, use, and remember.
Photography and pageantry sharpened her sensitivity to framing, image, performance, criticism, confidence, and the visual signals that influence public perception.
Her practice expanded into positioning, public relations, content systems, websites, campaigns, business development, and founder-led platforms.
Francine now leads work across strategy, communications, education, media, culture, care, and digital innovation, with each initiative keeping its own role and audience.
The next phase is not simply about producing more. It is about creating clearer systems, stronger ventures, and work with lasting public value.
How FMB thinks
Every project begins with a deeper question: what should people understand, remember, trust, feel, and do next?
01Clarity before visibility.
02Meaning before decoration.
03Story before promotion.
04Identity before aesthetics.
05Trust before attention.
06Culture before trend.
07Long-term reputation before temporary reaction.
What FMB builds
Positioning, identity, audience understanding, reputation, and the choices that make a brand easier to understand, trust, and remember.

One connected visual and narrative system across photography, campaigns, media, products, spaces, and public presence.
Clear messages, credible narratives, thoughtful visibility, and public communication designed with long-term reputation in mind.

Images and stories designed to preserve identity, atmosphere, emotion, and the details an audience remembers.
Websites, applications, learning experiences, content systems, and tools that transform ideas into useful public experiences.
Language preservation, local history, advocacy, education, wellbeing, and initiatives grounded in dignity, access, and memory.

Culture, identity, and purpose
Francine’s work in language preservation, Sambal culture and heritage, women, LGBTQIA+ visibility, mental health, safe digital spaces, education, and community development is not a side note to the professional practice. It explains why visibility, dignity, access, and memory matter so much in the work.
The ecosystem
Each platform has its own purpose, audience, and responsibility. What connects the work is a shared interest in clarity, culture, education, communication, technology, and public impact.
How it works
FrancineMarieBautista.com is the public gateway. The wider ecosystem separates business, client services, learning, public information, culture, and community work so each initiative can stay clear about what it is responsible for.
Why FMB
A brand can look beautiful and still be misunderstood. A campaign can be visible and still lack trust. A website can function and still say nothing. Francine works across the decisions that connect positioning, story, public perception, visual direction, and execution.
Audience, message, visual identity, behavior, channels, and public perception are treated as one connected system, not separate deliverables.
Francine can move from positioning into copy, photography, creative direction, websites, campaigns, and content without losing the original idea.
Teaching and training experience shaped a practical instinct: if people cannot understand the idea, the work is not finished.
Photography and pageantry sharpened how she reads presence, framing, scrutiny, emotion, confidence, and the signals people remember.
As an entrepreneur and builder, she considers timing, resources, sustainability, scalability, and what happens after the launch.
Work in heritage, language, community, and identity keeps cultural relevance connected to responsibility rather than trend-chasing.
Clearer. More meaningful. Harder to ignore.
Work With FMBCapacity by design
Francine keeps project capacity intentionally selective so strategy, creative direction, and execution do not become assembly-line work. Start with an inquiry; fit, timing, and the correct FMB route are reviewed before anything is confirmed.
Illustrative portfolio calendar, not a live schedule. Actual availability is confirmed only after an inquiry is reviewed.
Future vision
The goal is not simply to create more. It is to build work that remains useful, meaningful, trusted, transferable, and remembered.
Visibility should have purpose.
Identity should not be erased for acceptance.
Culture can move forward without forgetting where it came from.
Creativity is strongest when guided by strategy.
Public perception can be shaped responsibly.
Stories can build trust, community, opportunity, and change.
The future should be designed with memory, meaning, and courage.
Work With FMB
You do not need to know whether the answer is brand strategy, PR, creative direction, photography, a website, a campaign, training, or something else. Start with the outcome you need. The inquiry route will help place the work where it belongs.
The professional inquiry page separates direct FMB work, SENZ, Cognita, and FMB&CO. partnerships so you do not have to guess the correct route.
Open the Inquiry DeskAn inquiry is a request for review, not a confirmation of availability, pricing, a meeting, or an agreement.

This is not only who I am.
It is what I am still becoming.
